The expected project’s results align with the result indicators of the Programme.
The creation of ten new job positions through an award scheme, with three months of support provided through a mentoring program.
The project also expects to receive a minimum of 70 submissions for a joint call.
Additionally, it plans to train 40 highly educated professionals in agriculture or business capacity and mentoring.
Lastly, the project will develop an impact assessment using factual and/or counterfactual assessment methodologies, serving as a blueprint for evaluating future interventions in the IPA CBC Greece – North Macedonia projects.
The project is structured in 4/5 Work Packages (WP).
WP1: Project Management and Coordination

WP1 establishes the standard operating procedures for administrative and financial management, the organizational structure, internal communication, monitoring and evaluation methodology, and risk management.
WP2:Communication
Total Budget: 22.500,00 €
WP2 Communication will promote knowledge and experience that will be produced from the project to create a high level of awareness to the stakeholders and the general public.
